Prices are final. All commercial-size plants include transport costs for most European regions. However, depending on distance, prices may vary. We will always inform you based on the details you provide.
For large-size and specimen plants, transport is not included, as these are unique pieces of varying dimensions and must be loaded as “bulk.” Transport costs will be calculated according to the space they occupy.
Can I receive availability lists by email or WhatsApp?
Yes. We offer daily or weekly updates according to your preference.
Can you prepare customized listings?
Yes, we can generate listings sorted by size, family, season, or specific needs.
How do I place an order?
Once registered, you can select the items and send us your pre-order. We will process it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum order?
Generally, orders require a minimum of one CC per plant variety, although mixed CCs can be prepared with prior scheduling (minimum one variety per platform).
What happens if a product is out of stock after my order?
We will offer equivalent alternatives or inform you of the next available batch.
Who manages the transport?
Transport is mainly handled by us using our own logistics. You may also use your trusted carrier. In any case, CC returns are processed at the time of loading in our warehouses, and you must return the material upon unloading to our transport service.
How do you manage plant trolleys (CCs)?
We work with two options:

How is an order invoiced?
Whenever possible, we will send you the invoice for your load on the same day, along with all required documentation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer within the previously agreed payment terms and subject to credit approval. First orders must always be paid in advance.

Our main payment method is Bank Transfer – 30 days from Loading Date. We also work with other agreed conditions depending on your credit rating.
